Will I be Trained, and if so how?
Yes! We have a complete playlist of training offered to all members with access from your CRM and Quick Launch Menu. All members have access to our weekly live trainings. One-on-One training is also available on appointment. You also are given initial training during your onboarding process insuring you receive and have the basic information and training to get you started.

What Does the Average New Agent Make After They Start and How Long?
It normally takes weeks for a new agent to see their first sale close after they complete all of their onboarding. Many have made sales in their first few weeks, but the average agent starts seeing sales coming in within a few weeks after completing the onboarding. Three to five sales are normal per week once an agent is fully operational. The most important thing a new agent can do is stay focused on contacting new prospects and following up with new customers the next day. Results can and will vary depending on the individual, but there are statistical best practices that if followed will yield higher results.
Can I make a Six-Figure Income or Better with TruPowur?
YES! And many do but it is not guaranteed. Unlike many business opportunities this one is unique in several ways.

How Many Calls Should I Make Using the CRM/DIALER?
The average number of calls per day can vary based on several things, to name a few – type of customer, time of call, markets, and talk time. We can not guarantee the turn around time for each customer response time. However we offer training on using our systems to help you increase the number of prospect contacts made on a daily basis. WE DO NOT guarantee turnaround time, nor closing rates of sales from provided leads. Using the system the way we train you, you can contact hundreds a leads a day if you can handle the capacity. Volume is solely contingent on your activity using the system. If you are not making a minimum of 100 dials per day, you may not see the type of results to create a six-figure income.
Do You Provide All of the Leads that I Need?
Yes! We have an extensive database for both residential and commercial customers. With over 280+ million in the United States and 60+ million in Canada. Our database is constantly being updated to be accurate and as current as possible, updating 24+ million customer records per year. If you elect to use self-generated leads, our support staff can import them for you if they are in an excel format. We also advertise on the web, broadcast, and several other online mediums to generate incoming customers. The leads you receive are isolated to you alone, so you do not have to compete with other agents calling the same lead.
How Often, When, and How Am I Paid?
During your onboarding process, you completed a Direct Deposit Form. You are paid by the Supplier through our system. Payments are made on the week of the 1st and 15th of each month that have been approved and released by the Suppliers. Some ancillary services may be paid by or through TruPowur on a monthly basis.
How Am I Paid If I’m Inactive?
You must be current with your monthly License payments to receive scheduled commissions. If a deal comes through while you are inactive (not current with your monthly License payments), or an account freeze, your commission(s) will be forfeited until you are current and have an active account for 30 days. All future commissions become the property of TruPowur when any License is terminated for Non-Payment or a Licensee requests to terminate their License.
How Are My Commissions Tracked?
All commissions are tracked and recorded in the Pricing Platform Backoffice under the “Financial Profile” link within the main dashboard. You can forecast commissions, view paid commissions, review reversible commissions, estimated commissions for the current and past month, along with future commissions.
Do I Need a Special Phone, Computer, or Other Equipment?
No! Most any Desktop or Laptop Computer (Apple or Windows) with a good internet connection and a USB Headset is all that you need to provide (Not Just an iPad, Tablet or Chromebook). All of our platforms are cloud based. We provide access to all platforms, and Dialer within the CRM using a VOIP. You may want to check your internet upload speed to insure a good voice connection. We recommend that you have a minimum of 20 Mbps Upload speed.
Why Do I Have to Pay a Monthly License Fee?
Because our SaaS (Software as a Service) systems are continually be maintained, upgraded, hosted, and supported. Only a small portion of the cost is maintained by the Licensing fee. Your Licensing covers about portion of that cost. The SaaS Systems are not accessible if your License fee is not current. Your billing will either show $400.00 per month for the Agent License, or $500.00 per month for the Broker License (Brokers may also have additional monthly fees for Sub-Agent Licenses, if required). If your account goes inactive, you will have to bring it current to reactivate your account.
Are There Any Refunds, or Guarantees?
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS! The amount being paid is to purchase the SaaS Systems & Digital content. However we do guarantee the software performs as described and portrayed. What we are offering is a complete platform, training to use the platform along with various marketing strategies. Individual results can not be guaranteed due to individuals varying degree of ability, availability, capability, and coach-ability. We do guarantee you will receive all of the systems, Software, and training. We will in good faith do all that we can do, to consult, coach, and train you to be as successful as possible. Please note that any charge backs will be refuted until overturned and/or assigned to a Legal Counsel and/or a Licensed Collection Agency. Because of some nefarious activities by others online simply trying to rob content, system design, leads, training, and access we have a zero tolerance to charge-backs and will exercise all legal rights to remedy breach of contract. All disputes will be arbitrated in the state of Texas. Additional fees to recoup cost from charge-backs could be administered on top of any legal fees. Please note that TruPowur, Inc., www.TruPowur.com, www.TruPowur.net, www.TruPowur.org, www.TruPowur.pro and www.TruPowurAcademy.com are the content owner and provider of the SaaS Systems, Software, and strategies being Licensed and offered.
Any disputes regarding the purchase of our Licensed System(s) must be handled directly with and through our Accounting Department. The Purchaser (Licensee) agrees that all information stated in their signed Contract supersedes any prior Contracts and is the complete and exclusive agreement on the subject matters covered by the Contract. Further, Purchaser (Licensee) agree that no person is authorized to make any representation beyond those expressed in said Contract. Verbal promises are not valid and any promises or understandings not specified in writing are hereby expressly waived by the Purchaser (Licensee). Please be sure to Read Carefully and Completely all of your signed Agreements, Contracts and Policies and Procedures with TruPowur prior to signing.
