ATTENTION: All Agents are responsible to maintain an active and current license. Failure is Breach of Contract – See Policies and Procedures.
All Licensees are required to give a 30-Day Advance notice to upgrade, downgrade, terminate, or change any license status.
Any filing for a refund (charge-back) is a Breach of Contract and subject to Legal, and Collection action and fees.
ANY CONSULTANT THAT FILES A CLAIM WITH THEIR CREDIT CARD COMPANY OR BANK FOR THE PURPOSE
OF REVERSING FEES WILL BE SUBJECT TO LEGAL AND COLLECTION FEES THAT WILL RESULT IN
PENALTIES OF UP TO TWELVE MONTHS OF LICENSE FEES PLUS LEGAL AND COLLECTION FEES.
All renewal fees paid by the Consultant are NOT REFUNDABLE.
