• Based on Annual MWh and Dth , Cumulative Annual Volumes closed between 10/1/2021 and 10/31/2021 for all new and renewal deals. (U.S. Only)
• Start Date must be before 12/31/2024.
• Only the extension portion of a B&E counts towards this promotion. The extension period must start before 12/31/2024.
• Hudson will sum all Annual MWh and Dth to confirm volume amounts closed during qualifying dates.
• Once Level 8 has been reached MWh/ Dth will automatically reset to Level 1 and you will be eligible to go through the levels again! Subject to mgmt. review after 4 times through.

Direct Energy – Valid until December 31, 2021
