TruPowur offers an AGENT and BROKER License/Membership for marketing products and/or services, paid monthly and/or annually. You must have an active and current account to maintain access.
What is a TruPowur License/Membership?
The TruPowur AGENT License/Membership is a month-to-month SaaS subscription that begins at time of enrollment.
The TruPowur BROKER License/Membership is month-to-month SaaS subscription that begins at time of enrollment.
- Access and/or use of fully protected proprietary technology, intellectual property, brand protected enrollments.
- Start as soon as you are ready, immediate access upon completion of License/Membership enrollment agreement(s) and Onboarding.
TruPowur License/Memberships automatically renew on the date of your original payment. Monthly charges for the Licensee are billed on the anniversary date of each month and may take a few days after the billing date to appear on your account.
Note: If your billing date is scheduled for a date that does not occur in a given month, you may be billed on the last day of the month instead. For example, if you enrolled on March 31st, your next billing date will be April 30th.
The Licensee/Memberships can be paid for via most Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
Change Payment Method
Your payment method may be updated at any time on the Billing Preferences page in your ACCOUNTING Dashboard. Please remember to update your payment method at least one day prior to your next billing date to ensure your original card is not charged for another billing cycle.
To update your Credit Card, click “Update Card” on the Billing Preferences page in your My Dashboard.
We currently DO NOT support PayPal payment methods. Please contact Support for assistance.
Please remember to submit your cancellation no less than a minimum of 30-Days before your next billing date to ensure your account is not charged for another billing cycle. You will be required to complete a Termination and Cancellation of Credit Card Authorization Form via DocuSign and available by request from your ACCOUNTING Dashboard.
After cancellation, you will receive an email from TruPowur confirming your License/Membership termination and cancellation. At the time of cancellation, your License/Membership will expire and you will no longer have access. Your My Account Dashboard may not remain available for your future needs until you renew your License/Membership.
Any Termination and Cancellation of License/Membership that is not submitted a minimum of 30-Days before the renewal billing date will be required to pay the outstanding balance. If Unpaid within 30-Days may be subject to legal and/or collection action (by a Licensed Agency) to include any additional collection fees and may affect your credit.
Any License/Membership holder that submits to their Credit Card company a request for a refund in an effort to get their money back after signing an Agent or Broker Agreement will be considered Theft and Fraud. TruPowur will take legal action and collection action (by a Licensed Agency) to recover all outstanding balances including any additional collection fees and may have an effect on your credit.
If you have canceled your TruPowur License/Membership or your License/Membership expired due to failed payment, you can renew your License/Membership through the Billing Preferences page in your ACCOUNTING Dashboard. Upon renewal, you will be granted access and may have to complete a new onboarding. Your next billing date will be updated to reflect your new enrollment date and amount.
If we cannot process your Monthly License/Membership payment, your TruPowur License/Membership will be expired. To regain access, you must renew your License/Membership from the Billing Preferences page in your ACCOUNTING Dashboard. Any outstanding balance unpaid within 30-Days may be subject to collection action (by a Licensed Agency) to recover all outstanding balances to include any additional legal and/or collection fees and may have an effect on your credit.
Occasionally, members are issued Store Credit on their TruPowur account that can be used for any future purchase. If you have Store Credit that you would like to use, simply select Store Credit as your payment method during checkout. If you would like to check on the balance of your Store Credit, please contact TruPowur Support. Credits may be issued for commission amounts that are less than the required License/Membership payment.
Policies and Procedures
TruPowur, Inc. (“TruPowur”), through its products, providers, and vendors, provides products and services that allow Independent Consultants (“Consultants”) i.e., Agents and/or Brokers. Consultants agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this Statement of Policies & Procedures (the “Policies”) and the Independent Consultant Application and Agreement (the “Consultant Agreement”). If a Consultant has any questions or requires clarification regarding the Policies or the Consultant Agreement, the Consultant should contact TruPowur Management.

Q: Where can I find my next billing date for my License/Membership?
A: Your next billing date can be found on the Billing Preferences page in your ACCOUNTING Dashboard.
Q: What happens if I cancel my TruPowur License/Membership without completing my training?
A: If you need to cancel your License/Membership before your training is complete, don’t worry! You can restart your License/Membership at any time, without penalty and you will pick up right where you left off in your training.
Q: Do I have access to my training after I cancel my TruPowur License/Membership?
A: That depends. Access may available until your billing cycle ends. If you cancel before your next billing date, then you may have access until that date. For example, if you canceled on August 2nd and your next billing date is on the 30th, you may have 28 days of access to your courses before your account fully expires.
Q: Can I get a refund for any TruPowur License/Membership charge?
A: NO – All TruPowur Licenses/Memberships are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for partial-month Licenses/Memberships. Cancel or change your payment method at least thirty (30) days prior to your next billing date to ensure your account is not charged for another billing cycle. Please refer to our Refund Policy for additional information.
Q: Can I get a refund if I register for the 90 Day Money Made Guarantee?
A: NO – All TruPowur Licenses/Memberships are non-refundable. We offer a 90-Day Money Made Guarantee for those who qualify. If you meet all of the terms and have an active (paid & Current) License/Membership during the first 90-Day period. We may suspend your monthly License/Membership charges for the next 90-Days while continuing to work with you.
Q: Why Do I Have To Pay a License Fee each Month?
A: Our SaaS Platforms must continually be maintained, upgraded, hosted, and supported. This cost is partially maintained by the licensing fee. Software and systems are always being upgraded to stay current. This also covers a small portion of the cost of all of the various systems as everything is cloud-based. In addition to that, this also covers your ongoing training and access to Training Materials, a Personal TruPowur eMail address and eMail Portal, Phone Services with Private Extension with Voicemail, Personal Retail Website URL, Pricing Platform Back Office, Reverse Auction Platform, Market Data Analytics Platform, Audit Platform, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System with VoIP Dialer System, Residential Leads, Commercial Leads, and other industry obligations.
Q: If I Want To Pursue Other Opportunities, or Simply Just Want To Terminate My License, Am I Locked Into An Annual Contract?
A: NO – There are no annual contracts or obligations to keep paying your monthly licensing fee. Monthly License/Membership fees are Non-Refundable and are charged automatically on each renewal date (i.e. monthly) until you cancel. You may cancel at any time during the month with a minimum of a thirty (30) day advance notice. Upon cancellation, your License/Membership will expire 30-Days from the last payment. Any amounts paid prior to termination are not refundable. To cancel your License/Membership, submit your cancellation notice No Less than a minimum of 30-Days prior to your next billing date. Notices received less than 30-Days prior will be charged a final payment on the billing cycle date. You are required to complete a Cancellation of Credit Card Authorization Form via DocuSign available by request from your ACCOUNTING Dashboard.
